Summer 5K Training Begins Tuesday, June 4!

The next step up from NoBoundaries, the Challengers training plan continues to build endurance using run/walk intervals until runners can complete a 5K without walking.

Ideal for runners who:

  • can comfortably run 4 minutes without walking.
  • Have a goal of completing a 5K without walking.

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:00pm and Saturdays @ 8:15am
Goal Race: 2019 Adel Sweet Corn 5k
Program Fee: ex: $100 excluding race fee
